1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Vasant Vastra ("we," "our," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website https://vasantvastra.com and the purchases of products from our boutique.

By accessing the site, placing an order, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, patterns, and fabric details of our handcrafted sarees and ethnic garments.

• Because our products involve traditional handloom weaving and hand-dyeing processes, minor variations in weave texture, block prints, or thread alignment may occur. These are natural characteristics of hand-woven garments and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Purchases & Payments via Razorpay

By finalizing an order on our platform, you agree to the following financial terms:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You authorize us and our payment gateway to charge your selected payment method (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallet) for the order total.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions are suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our logistics and delivery dispatch parameters include:

• Delivery Timeline: Domestic orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Final delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on the customer shipping destination.
• Shipping Charges: Standard shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on location. The baseline flat shipping rate is ₹150 for orders below ₹1999. Orders above ₹1999 are eligible for free shipping.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once the package is handed over to our courier partner.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be fully satisfied with your heritage sarees. We offer a structured return policy:

• Return Window: Return requests must be submitted through your user dashboard within 3 days of receiving the package.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refund Processing: Once the return is picked up, inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your order from your dashboard before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Vasant Vastra, nor our directors, weavers, or employees, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchased items.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of West Bengal courts.
